Both variations under a contract and general claims are a common part of the project life cycle and are a result of the agreed contractual obligations and allocated risk between both parties.

Timely and accurate compilation of claims can build trust in relationships with the other parties and will help identify the true out turn cost of the project for the stakeholders.  In particular, the NEC3 suite of contracts highlights the risk of failure to adhere to a timely submission, with the potential to waive the right to entitlement if you exceed the contract timescales.

Our Director has a wealth of claims compilation experience across standard and bespoke forms of contract, we can offer an individual service to those clients that need further support to the existing commercial team or to take sole responsibility to raise claims in line with the contract timescales.

Claims Resolution

Our Director will always consult with the client during the resolution process and only agree claims on their behalf once they have granted approval. In addition to the resolution of the claims that we have been appointed to compile, we can also offer a resolution service to claims compiled by others.  This would require our Director undertaking a review of the current claim and producing recommendations for resolution.
